Support Ticket system implemented

New Ticketing support system


Another very important step in giving our partners and potential partners the best quality support they deserve is to create a ticketing system to answer all the inquiries, questions and requests.

We have partnered with freshdesk to give you this ticketing system. We are still on trial mode but so far the feedback has been excellent.

With this new system, any email sent to our support email will automatically generate a ticket and the creator of the email will receive an immediate reply back acknowledging the receipt of the ticket.

Also, you can always head on to Wukh ticketing support and create a ticket. We will do our best to answer all inquiries and resolve any issue within 24 hours. Currently we are doing this in a few hours. Awesome achievement!

The use of this system will prevent yours and our emails getting lost because of anti spam filters, bringing a better user experience and faster response times to everyone.

New staff member

And after all this, i would like to welcome our newest addition to the staff. Nathan Cole has joined our team and will be the head of our support department. Nathan has spent the last year serving as a support staff for other companies in different fields of work but recently agreed to step up and become our support’s department big boss. Nathan successfully completed our 2 week training in order to provide the best service to the network and our creators. Welcome Nathan!
